Takin' it toTen Challenge # 4

My challenge for this week is really "simple" with one "twist".  Scrap a layout using a 5" x 7" photo and the "twist"- use cardstock or pattern paper the color of your eyes!!!  Have fun with this one!!!! by: C. Mercer
